Delete your account

You can delete your Dibs account at any time, from the app or by email.

Dibs is made by Entropy Positive. Deleting your account can't be undone.

In the app

1. Open Dibs and tap the profile button at the top right of the Groups screen.
2. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. If it's been a while since you signed in, Dibs asks you to sign in with Google again first.

By email

If you can't get into the app, email support@entropypositive.com from the address you sign in with, asking us to delete your account. We'll do it within 30 days and reply when it's done.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in, name, email address and profile photo
• Your settings, scan count and notification preferences
• Your push notification tokens
• Invites you sent that haven't been accepted, and invites waiting for you
• Receipt photos you uploaded

What we keep

Bills you shared with a group stay with that group, because they're part of everyone else's balances. Your name no longer appears on them. We keep records of Premium and Group Pass purchases for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Apple and Google keep their own records of what you bought.
